أعلن وزير الثقافة والشباب والرياضة عثمان الفردوس ، أمس الاثنين بالرباط ، عن تخصيص مبلغ إضافي قدره 30 مليون درهم لدعم باقي المقاولات الصحفية الحاصلة على الملاءمة.
وقال الفردوس ، في معرض تقديم مشروع ميزانية قطاع الاتصال برسم سنة 2021 أمام لجنة التعليم والثقافة والاتصال بمجلس النواب ، إن “هناك إجراء جديدا يعلن عنه لأول مرة، يتمثل في تخصيص مبلغ إضافي يقدر بـ30 مليون درهم من ميزانية القطاع لسنة 2020 من أجل دعم باقي المقاولات الصحفية الحاصلة على الملاءمة …”.
و اعتبر ، بالمناسبة ، أن عملية دعم الصحافة الوطنية المكتوبة والإلكترونية، بأتي لهشاشة النموذج الاقتصادي للمقاولات الصحفية التي تفاقمت بعد أن تم إيقاف الطبع بسبب جائحة (كوفيد-19).
وأشار إلى أنه تم، في هذا الصدد، تخصيص مبلغ 150 مليون درهم لتحمل أجور مستخدمي وصحافيي المقاولات الصحفية الوطنية، و15 مليون درهم لدعم المطابع المتخصصة في طباعة الصحف، و15 مليون درهم لدعم الإذاعات الخاصة، وكذا 15 مليون درهم لدعم توزيع الصحف.
وفي سياق متصل، كشف الوزير عن التحضير لعقد مناظرة وطنية ، قبل متم السنة الجارية ، يشارك فيها مختلف الفاعلين في السلسلة الاقتصادية لقطاع الصحافة المكتوبة وأيضا مكوناته المتعددة من أجل صياغة منظومة دعم جديدة للصحافة لسنة 2021.
وبعد أن استعرض الرؤية المؤطرة لمشروع ميزانية قطاع الاتصال برسم سنة 2021 وكذا إطاره العام ورهاناته، شدد السيد الفردوس على الأهمية القصوى التي يكتسيها القطاع بمختلف مكوناته (الصحافة، السينما، السمعي البصري..) في ما يخص تنمية وعي المواطن وتعزيز التنوع الثقافي وترسيخ البناء الديمقراطي.
وخلص إلى ضرورة أن يعطي النموذج التنموي الجديد إشارة لقطاع الاتصال من أجل تثمين الموارد البشرية والكفاءات التي يتوفر عليها.
