رصد مجلس فاس مكناس ، مبلغ استثماري بلغت قيمته 7.35 مليون درهم، قصد بناء المسلك الرابط بين دوار باب الحرشة على مستوى بني لنت والرباع الفوقي على مستوى الطريق الإقليمية 5414.
وسيمكن المشروع الذي سيعهد للوكالة الجهوية لتنفيذ المشاريع لجهة فاس مكناس تتبعه تنفيذه (سيمكن) من فك العزلة وربط كل من دوار باب الحرشة والرباع الفوقي التابعين لجماعة الرباع الفوقي بالمحاور الطرقية الرئيسية، حيث ستمتد مسافة الطريق وفق المعطيات التي تم نشرها الموقع الرسمي لمجلس الجهة، على طول 5 كيلومتر.
وتم كذلك بدء أشغال بناء الطريق الرابطة بين دوار البراطل ودوار ايت سعيد ودوار ايت صالح التابعين للجماعة الترابية راس تابودة بإقليم صفرو.
هذا وتم تخصيص 9.30 مليون درهم من طرف مجلس جهة فاس مكناس لتنفيذ هذا المشروع المهم لربط ثلاث دواوير وتيسير حركة المرور بالجماعة وذلك على طول 6.8 كلم.
إنجاز الأشغال سيتم كذلك تحت إشراف الوكالة الجهوية لتنفيذ المشاريع لجهة فاس مكناس
