طالب الحزب الاشتراكي الموحد بمكناس رئاسة المجلس الجماعي للمدينة، بتنزيل برنامج عمل علني واضح وشفاف أمام الرأي العام يخص الإنارة العمومية.
واعتبر الحزب في بلاغ توصلت جريدة الوطنية بريس بنسخة منه أن البرنامج يجب أن يعتمد مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص ويراعي الأولويات المجالية،مع الإعلان الصريح عن الأحياء المستهدفة بالاصلاح تجسيدا للحق في المعلومة.
وطالب الحزب بتدخل مستعجل لسلطة المراقبة الإدارية المختصة والوقوف على شبهة التمييز والزبونية وسط السكان في الاستفادة من الإنارة العمومية، معتبرا بأن هذه الممارسة تُحركها خلفيات ذاتية ضيقة تضرب في العمق قيم المسؤولية، النزاهة والمرفق العام .
