يبدو جليا الآن بأن الرئيس عبدالمجيد تبون وعسكر الجزائر مع تهجير الفلسطينين وهدم الإتحاد المغاربي.
باتت جميع الدول العربية تفهم أن الجزائر ونظامها العسكري الموروث عن الاستعمار، كيان مريض لاعقل له، ففي الوقت الذي يجتمع فيه القادة العرب للتصدي لقضية تهجير سكان غزة، يقاطع الرئيس تبون القمة خوفا من ترامب، ويرسل وزير خارجيته عطاف لجمع وزراء خارجية ليبيا وتونس وموريتانيا في القاهرة لهدم ماتبقى من اتحاد المغرب العربي.
فالدول العربية تناقش قضية التهجير ومستقبل القضية الفلسطينية، بينما يناقش عطاف مبعوث تبون وشنقريحة قضية هدم الاتحاد المغاربي، وبذلك يكون تبون، في البناء العشوائي الذي تركته فرنسا في شمال إفريقيا، مع تهجير الفلسطينيين ومع تهديم الاتحاد المغاربي.
اليوم نحن على يقين بأن هذا النظام الفاسد صار سرطانا يشكل خطرا على دول المنطقة ودول الساحل وجنوب الصحراء. فباحتضانه للبوليساريو كميليشيات إرهابية، فالنظام الجزائري أصبح اليوم مصدر الإرهاب والكراهية والحقد في المنطقة.
