قدمت زينب العدوي، الرئيس الأول للمجلس الأعلى للحسابات، اليوم الأربعاء، خلال جلسة عمومية مشتركة لمجلسي البرلمان، عرضا حول أعمال المجلس برسم الفترة 2023-2024، وذلك تطبيقا لأحكام الفصل 148 من دستور المملكة.
وذكرت العدوي في مستهل هذا العرض أن هذا اللقاء يعتبر محطة دستورية متميزة تنسجم مع الممارسات الفضلى على الصعيد الدولي، وذلك قصد تمكين نواب الأمة والرأي العام من الوقوف على أهم التطورات والإشكالات المتعلقة بالتدبير العمومي والتي تكتسي راهنية كبرى.
وأبرزت أن العرض يركز على بعض الخلاصات لأهم أشغال المجلس علاقة بتحديات أداء التدبير العمومي، وكذا تلك المتصلة بتفعيل مبدأ ربط المسؤولية بالمحاسبة.
ويتناول العرض ثلاثة محاور أساسية، تتعلق ب “تتتبع تنزيل أوراش الإصلاحات الكبرى”، و”نتائج مهام تقييم البرامج والمشاريع العمومية ومهمات مراقبة التسيير”، و “المهام المرتبطة بتكريس مبدأ ربط المسؤولية بالمحاسبة”.
