أفاد المكتب المغربي للملكية الصناعية والتجارية بأن عدد المقاولات المحدثة خلال الأشهر العشرة الأولى لسنة 2024 على مستوى جهة مراكش -آسفي، بلغ 8875 مقاولة.
وبحسب معطيات للمكتب، تتوزع هذه المقاولات ما بين الأشخاص المعنويين (7044) والأشخاص الذاتيين (1831).
وأشار المصدر ذاته إلى أن مدينة مراكش استحوذت على حصة الأسد ب6730 مقاولة جديدة، متبوعة بآسفي (730)، ثم قلعة السراغنة (394)، والصويرة (385)، وبنجرير (316)، وامنتانوت (174)، واليوسفية (146).
ويأتي قطاع التجارة في المقدمة بنسبة 27,46 في المائة من مجموع المقاولات المحدثة، يليه أشغال البناء والأنشطة العقارية (23 في المائة)، والخدمات (21,29 في المائة)، والفنادق والمطاعم (9,29 في المائة)، والنقل (6,64 في المائة)، والصناعة (5,71 في المائة)، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال (2,73 في المائة)، والأنشطة المالية (2,47 في المائة)، والفلاحة والصيد (1,40 في المائة).
وبحسب الشكل القانوني، فإن 64,1 في المائة من المقاولات المحدثة هي شركات ذات مسؤولية محدودة مع شريك وحيد، و35,4 في المائة شركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة، و0,3 في المائة شركات مجهولة الاسم، و0,1 في المائة شركات أخرى.
وعلى الصعيد الوطني، بلغ عدد المقاولات التي تم إحداثها خلال الأشهر العشرة الأولى من سنة 2024، 78 ألفا و244 مقاولة، موزعة بين الأشخاص الاعتباريين (56 ألف و 292) والأشخاص الذاتيين (21 ألف و 952).
وتأتي جهة الدار البيضاء- سطات في الصدارة بما مجموعه 24 ألفا و 571 مقاولة محدثة حتى متم أكتوبر 2024، متبوعة بكل من جهات طنجة- تطوان- الحسيمة (11 ألفا و328)، والرباط-سلا-القنيطرة (9121)، ومراكش- آسفي (8875)، وفاس- مكناس (5409)، وسوس- ماسة (5323)، وجهة الشرق (4588)، والعيون- الساقية الحمراء (3083)، وبني ملال- خنيفرة (2238)، ودرعة- تافيلالت (1766)، والداخلة- وادي الذهب (1308)، وكلميم- واد نون (634).
