أفادت المندوبية السامية للتخطيط بأن أرباب مقاولات قطاع البناء يتوقعون، إجمالا، أن يعرف نشاط القطاع ارتفاعا خلال الفصل الرابع من سنة 2024.
وأوضحت المندوبية في مذكرة إخبارية بخصوص البحوث الفصلية حول الظرفية الاقتصادية في قطاع الصناعات التحويلية والاستخراجية والطاقية والبيئية وقطاع البناء، أن هذا التطور، الذي سيتراف ق بارتفاع في عدد العاملين يعزى، أساسا، إلى التحسن المرتقب في أنشطة “تشييد المباني” وفي “أنشطة البناء المتخصصة” وكذا أنشطة “الهندسة المدنية”.
وخلال الفصل الثالث من سنة 2024، قد تكون أنشطة قطاع البناء قد شهدت ارتفاعا. ويعزى هذا التطور أساسا، الى التحسن الذي قد يكون سجل في أنشطة “تشييد المباني” و أنشطة “الهندسة المدنية” وكذا “أنشطة البناء المتخصصة”.
واعتبر مستوى دفاتر الطلبيات عاديا في قطاع البناء وقد يكون عدد المشتغلين عرف ارتفاعا. وفي هذا السياق، قد تكون قدرة الإنتاج المستعملة سجلت نسبة 66 في المائة.
وأضاف المصدر نفسه، أنه خلال الفصل الثالث من سنة 2024، قد تكون 16 في المائة من مقاولات قطاع البناء واجهت صعوبات في التموين بالمواد الأولية، فيما قد تكون وضعية الخزينة صعبة حسب 35 في المائة من مقاولات هذا القطاع.
