أعلنت وزارة التربية الوطنية والتكوين المهني والتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، قطاع التربية الوطنية، عن فتح باب ترشيحات الأحرار لامتحان نيل شهادة الدروس الابتدائية وشهادة السلك الإعدادي برسم دورة 2021، وذلك ابتداء من يوم غد الخميس وإلى غاية 12 يناير 2021، كآخر أجل للترشيح.
وأوضحت الوزارة، في بلاغ يوم أمس الأربعاء، أن ” إيداع ترشيحات الأحرار لاجتياز امتحانات نيل شهادة الدروس الابتدائية وشهادة السلك الإعدادي برسم دورة 2021 سيتم حصرا على البوابة الإلكترونية للوزارة www.men.gov.ma، وذلك ابتداء من يوم الخميس 10 دجنبر 2020 وإلى غاية يوم الثلاثاء 12 يناير 2021، كآخر أجل للترشيح”.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته أن الترشيح بصفة مترشح حر لاجتياز امتحانات نيل شهادة السلك الإعدادي يتم وفق الشروط المتمثلة في تلاميذ مؤسسات التعليم المدرسي الخصوصي المسجلون بالسنة الثالثة من السلك الإعدادي والحاصلون على شهادة الدروس الابتدائية أو شهادة نهاية الدروس الابتدائية أو ما يعادلهما؛ والمترشحون غير المسجلين بمؤسسات التربية والتعليم العمومي أو التعليم المدرسي الخصوصي والحاصلون على شهادة الدروس الابتدائية أو شهادة نهاية الدروس الابتدائية أو ما يعادلهما مع مضي سنتين قبل سنة الترشيح.
ولفت البلاغ إلى أنه يسمح بالترشيح لاجتياز امتحانات نيل شهادة الدروس الابتدائية بصفة مترشح حر من فئة الصغار أو من فئة الكبار لكل شخص غير ممدرس، مبرزا أن عملية الترشيح تتم عبر المراحل الآتية: التسجيل عبر البوابة الإلكترونية المخصصة للترشيحات داخل الآجال المحددة لذلك، مع تضمين البطاقة الإلكترونية للترشيح صورة حديثة العهد للمترشح(ة)؛ وإيداع ملف الترشيح الورقي بالمديرية الإقليمية التابع لها محل سكن المترشح، وذلك في أجل أقصاه 12 يناير 2021، على أن يرفق هذا الملف بوصل الترشيح المستخرج من البوابة الإلكترونية؛ وتضمين ملف الترشيح التزاما يقر فيه المترشح (أو ولي أمره بالنسبة للمترشحين الأحرار من فئة الصغار) باطلاعه على القوانين الخاصة بزجر الغش في الامتحانات المدرسية والتزامه بمقتضياتها، خاصة القانون رقم 02.13 بتاريخ 25 غشت 2016.
وخلص البلاغ إلى أنه يتعين على المترشحين الأحرار في وضعية إعاقة، والراغبين في الاستفادة من إجراءات تكييف شروط إجراء الاختبارات والتصحيح، إرفاق ملفات ترشيحهم بطلب في الموضوع معزز بملف طبي يثبت الإعاقة.
