قضت الدائرة المختصة بالنظر في قضايا الفساد المالي بالمحكمة الابتدائية بتونس، ليلة الخميس الجمعة، بالسجن 25 سنة في حق سهام بن سدرين رئيسة هيئة الحقيقة والكرامة المنتهية أعمالها (هيئة للعدالة الانتقالية شكلت بعد الثورة) بعد متابعتها بارتكاب “تجاوزات وخروقات” في أعمال الهيئة وتهم تتعلق بقضية البنك الفرنسي التونسي.
وحسب وكالة تونس إفريقيا للأنباء فقد نظرت المحكمة ،أمس الخميس، في قضيتين تتابع فيهما سهام بن سدرين ومتهمين آخرين من بينهم الوزير الأسبق لأملاك الدولة والشؤون العقارية المبروك کورشيد وخالد الكريشي العضو السابق بهيئة الحقيقة والكرامة ورجل الأعمال سليم شيبوب. وتوبع في القضية الأولى المتعلقة بأعمال هيئة الحقيقة والكرامة كل من بن سدرين وخالد الكريشي وسليم شيبوب والمبروك كورشيد بارتكاب “تجاوزات وخروقات” في إبرام اتفاقية صلح تحكيمي مع سليم شيبوب حيث قضت هيئة المحكمة بسجن كل من بن سدرين والكريشي مدة خمسة أعوام والمبروك كورشيد مدة ستة أعوام مع النفاذ العاجل وسجن محمد سليم شيبوب مدة خمسة أعوام مع غرامات مالية . أما القضية الثانية المحال فيها كل من سهام بن سدرين وخالد الكريشي والمبروك كورشيد وعبد المجيد بودن، فتعلقت بموضوع البنك الفرنسي التونسي ووقع إحالة المتهمين فيها من أجل تهمة استغلال موظف عمومي لصفته لاستخلاص فائدة لا وجه لها لنفسه أو لغيره والإضرار بالإدارة ومخالفة الاجراءات الجاري بها العمل والمشاركة مع تهمة إضافية لبن سدرين تتعلق ب”التدليس ومسك واستعمال مدلس”.
وقضت المحكمة بسجن كل واحد من المتهمين سهام بن سدرين وخالد الكريشي مدة خمسة أعوام والمتهم المبروك كورشيد مدة ستة أعوام مع النفاذ العاجل وسجن المتهم عبد المجيد بودن من أجل المشاركة مدة ستة أعوام مع النفاذ العاجل وكذا بغرامات مالية على كل المتهمين مع إلزامهم بالتضامن برد ذات قيمة المبلغ موضوع الملف.
وأدانت المحكمة أيضا سهام بن سدرين بتهم التدليس ومسك واستعمال مدلس وقضت بسجنها من أجل الجريمة الأشد عقابا مدة خمسة عشر عاما .
