صادق مجلس الحكومة، اليوم الخميس، على مشروع القانون رقم 045.26 بتغيير وتتميم القانون رقم 08.12 المتعلق بالهيئة الوطنية للطبيبات والأطباء، قدمه وزير الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية.
وأوضح بايتاس، خلال لقاء صحفي عقب الاجتماع الأسبوعي للمجلس، أن هذا المشروع يأتي قصد تعزيز مساهمة الهيئة الوطنية للطبيبات والأطباء في مواكبة وإنجاح أوراش إصلاح المنظومة الصحية والحماية الاجتماعية، استنادا إلى الاختصاصات المخولة لها بموجب القانون رقم 08.12 المشار إليه أعلاه.
وأضاف أن هذا المشروع يهدف، بالأساس، إلى تعزيز دور الهيئة في إبداء الرأي بشأن مشاريع النصوص التشريعية والتنظيمية المرتبطة بمزاولة مهنة الطب، وإعداد برامج التكوين المستمر لفائدة الطبيبات والأطباء والسهر على تنظيمها والمساهمة في تأطيرها، إلى جانب ترسيخ مبادئ الشفافية والوضوح في التواصل والتفاعل بين مختلف أجهزة الهيئة وأعضائها.
