ظفرت الشركة العامة للأشغال بالمغرب SGTM بصفقة كبرى لتطوير محطات الحاويات بميناء الدار البيضاء، عقب طلب عروض دولي أطلقته شركة Marsa Maroc، بغلاف مالي يقارب 1,8 مليار درهم مع احتساب الرسوم.
ويهم المشروع، الذي جرى فتح أظرفته المالية يوم الجمعة 21 ماي، إعادة تأهيل البنية المينائية للمحطات المعنية، من خلال تعميق الأرصفة، وتوسيع فضاءات الاشتغال، وتحسين مناطق المناورة، بما يتيح رفع عمق الأرصفة إلى 15 مترا، مع اعتماد تصور هندسي يسمح مستقبلا ببلوغه 16 مترا.
ويندرج هذا الورش ضمن مخطط استثماري أوسع بقيمة 3,2 مليارات درهم، يروم تعزيز الطاقة الاستيعابية لميناء الدار البيضاء ومواكبة النمو المتسارع لنشاط الحاويات، عبر رفع القدرة السنوية من 1,3 مليون إلى 2,2 مليون حاوية مكافئة لعشرين قدما في أفق سنة 2027.
وتأتي هذه الصفقة لتكرس حضور SGTM في مشاريع البنيات التحتية الكبرى، خاصة في المجال المينائي، بعد مشاركتها في أوراش استراتيجية من قبيل ميناء الناظور غرب المتوسط وميناء الداخلة الأطلسي.
وبهذا العقد الجديد، تعزز المجموعة موقعها ضمن كبار الفاعلين في الأشغال المينائية بالمغرب، وتدعم محفظة مشاريعها الكبرى عقب إدراجها في بورصة الدار البيضاء سنة 2025.
