أفادت إدارة الجمارك والضرائب غير المباشرة بأن عدد المنازعات التي سجلتها بلغ 66 ألفا و760 قضية برسم سنة 2025، مقابل 62 ألفا و266 قضية سنة 2024، ما يمثل ارتفاعا بنسبة 7,2 في المائة.
وأوضحت الإدارة، في تقريرها السنوي برسم 2025، أن صافي حصيلة مبيعات السلع المحجوزة والمصادرات سجل نموا استثنائيا بنسبة 288,6 في المائة، ليبلغ 350,1 مليون درهم خلال السنة المالية 2025، مقابل 90,1 مليون درهم سنة 2024.
وبحسب التوزيع حسب المديريات الجهوية، تصدرت المديرية الجهوية للدار البيضاء-سطات بحصة بلغت 35 في المائة من إجمالي القضايا المسجلة سنة 2025، مقابل 36 في المائة برسم السنة المالية السابقة.
وتأتي المديرية الجهوية لطنجة-تطوان-الحسيمة في المرتبة الثانية، حيث حققت زيادة بـ 3 نقاط لتسجل 35 في المائة من مجموع القضايا المسجلة بالمملكة، مقابل 32 في المائة سنة 2024.
من جانبها، سجلت المديرية الجهوية للشرق حصة 11 في المائة من المخالفات المرصودة خلال 2025، مقابل 10 في المائة في السنة الماضية، في حين تقاسمت باقي المديريات الجهوية للمملكة نسبة 20 في المائة المتبقية من إجمالي قضايا المنازعات.
