أعلن نادي تشلسي سابع الدوري الانجليزي لكرة القدم أمس الثلاثاء أن مدافعه البرازيلي ثياغو سيلفا (39 عاما) سينضم إلى فلومينينسي، نادي بداياته، في نهاية الموسم بعد أربع سنوات قضاها في صفوف النادي اللندني.
ووقع القائد السابق لمنتخب السيليساو (113 مباراة دولية) الذي لعب مع ميلان الايطالي وباريس سان جرمان الفرنسي، عقدا لمدة موسمين مع الفريق البرازيلي. وبدأ سيلفا مسيرته الكورية سنة 1998 مع فريق الشباب لفلومينينسي قبل أن يعود إلى صفوفه ويدافع عن ألوان فريقه الأول في الفترة بين 2006 إلى 2008.
وارتدى سيلفا قميص تشلسي أكثر من 150 مرة، وفاز بثلاثة ألقاب كبرى، دوري أبطال أوروبا وكأس العالم للأندية وكأس السوبر الأوروبية سنة 2021، على الرغم من سجل خال من الألقاب على الساحة المحلية في انجلترا.
وكان سيلفا قد قال في شريط فيديو نشره النادي أواخر أبريل الماضي لحظة الإعلان رسميا عن رحيله “تشلسي يعني الكثير بالنسبة لي. جئت إلى هنا بنية البقاء لمدة عام فقط، لكن انتهى الأمر بأربع سنوات”.
وأضاف المدافع البرازيلي “خلال هذه الفترة، كنت دائما أقدم أفضل ما لدي، لكن لسوء الحظ، كل شيء له بداية ووسط ونهاية”.
