نظم امس بفاس لقاء بمناسبة تخليد الذكرى ال79 لانتفاضة 31 يناير 1944، الذي يعتبر حدثا بارزا في تاريخ الكفاح الوطني من أجل الحرية والاستقلال.
وتضمنت وثيقة المطالبة بالاستقلال جملة من المطالب السياسية والمهام النضالية، تمثلت في شقين؛ الأول يتعلق بالسياسة العامة وما يهم استقلال المغرب تحت قيادة ملك البلاد الشرعي سيدي محمد بن يوسف، والسعي لدى الدول التي يهمها الأمر لضمان هذا الاستقلال، وانضمام المغرب للدول الموافقة على وثيقة الأطلنطي (الأطلسي) والمشاركة في مؤتمر الصلح، أما الثاني فيخص السياسة الداخلية عبر الرعاية الملكية لحركة الإصلاح وإحداث نظام سياسي شوري شبيه بنظام الحكم في البلاد العربية والإسلامية بالشرق تحفظ فيه حقوق وواجبات كافة فئات وشرائح الشعب المغربي.
وتميز هذا اللقاء بتكريم عدد من قدماء المقاومين، وتوزيع إعانات مالية على بعض أفراد أسرة المقاومة بمدينة فاس.
