أشر المدير العام للأمن الوطني عبد اللطيف حموشي نهاية الأسبوع الجاري، عن لائحة جديدة من التعيينات بمجموعة من مناصب المسؤولية بالمصالح المركزية للأمن الوطني، فضلا عن تعيينات مماثلة بالمصالح اللآممركزة للشرطة بمدن وجدة وسلا والقنيطرة والرباط.
وقد شملت هذه التعيينات وضع إطار أمني بالنيابة على رأس القسم المالي التابع لمديرية التجهيز والميزانية، فضلا عن تعيين رئيس لمصلحة العمل الاجتماعي بمديرية أمن القصور والإقامات الملكية، كما شملت التعيينات على المستوى اللامركزي تعيين رئيس لمنطقة أمن القنيطرة ورئيس لفرقة مكافحة العصابات بالأمن الإقليمي لمدينة سلا، فضلا عن تعيين رئيس للفرقة الثانية التابعة لمجموعة حماية المنشآت الحساسة بمدينة الرباط.
وعلى المستوى اللامركزي دائما، عرفت ولاية أمن وجدة تعيين مجموعة من الأطر الأمنية المتمرسة على رأس سبع دوائر للشرطة تغطي مجموعة من الأحياء والمناطق الحضرية التابعة لدائرة نفوذ منطقة أمن مدينة وجدة.
وتندرج هذه التعيينات في سياق تنزيل مضامين ميثاق الولوج إلى مناصب المسؤولية ïي صفوف الأمن الوطني، والتي يعتمد تدعيم الكفاءات المهنية من خلال مواكبة ولوجها لمختلف مستويات التدبير الإداري والوظيفي الشرطي، وذلك وفق آليات وترتكز على مبادئ الشفافية وتكافئ الفرص بين الأطر الأمنية، الأمر الذي ينعكس بشكل مباشر على جودة وفعالية خدمات المرفق العام الشرطي الموجهة لعموم المواطنين والمقيمين والأجانب على الصعيد الوطني.
