عقدت الجمعية الوطنية لمربي الأغنام والماعز جمعها العادي السنوي اليوم السبت بحضور وزير الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والمياه والغابات محمد الصديقي وعامل مكناس.
وخصص الجمع لهذه الجمعية الوطنية لعرض ومناقشة التقارير الأدبية والتقنية والمالية للجمعية، وتجديد ثلث أعضاء المجلس الإداري وتقديم توصيات الجهات.
في كلمة بالمناسبة، أكد الصديقي على دور الجمعية الوطنية لمربي الأغنام والماعز في تطوير سلسلة اللحوم الحمراء والمحافظة على سلالات الأغنام والماعز على الصعيد الوطني وكذا في تأطير المنتجين.
وبعدما أبرز أهمية قطاع تربية المواشي ومساهمته في ترسيخ السيادة والأمن الغذائي، أكد الوزير على دور الجمعية كنموذج تنظيمي مهني “فعال” و”مستدام”، مشيدا في السياق ذاته بعمل الجمعية والنتائج التي حققتها في إطار مخطط المغرب الأخضر.
وأشار الصديقي، في هذا الإطار، إلى أن الجمعية تمكنت من مضاعفة عدد المنخرطين وعدد رؤوس الأغنام والماعز المؤطرة ثلاث مرات، وذلك من خلال المشاريع والبرامج الفلاحية الجهوية التي تم إنجازها في إطار الشراكة مع الوزارة.
وتابع الوزير أن الجهود ستتواصل في إطار استراتيجية الجيل الأخضر من أجل تعزيز تنمية سلسلة اللحوم الحمراء وسلسلة الحليب، والمساهمة في تحسين دخل المربين وخلق فرص عمل جديدة للجيل الجديد من الشباب.
وذكر المسؤول الحكومي أنه يتم إعداد عقد برنامج خاص بالمجترات الصغيرة من قبل مصالح الوزارة لوضع آليات الدعم للمربين خاصة في الظروف الصعبة مثل الجفاف.
من جهته، توقف رئيس الجمعية الوطنية لمربي الأغنام والماعز عبد الرحمان مجدوبي، عند الجهود التي بذلتها الجمعية منذ تأسيسها قبل 40 سنة في تأطير المربين ومواكبتهم في جميع المجالات المرتبطة بالنشاط، مشيرا إلى إحداث 166 تجمع مهني عبر كافة ربوع المملكة، وتنفيذ مجموعة من البرامج بتعاون مع الوزارة الوصية.
وفي ما يتعلق ببرامج التطوير الجيني، أشار المسؤول إلى وجود 15 سلالة محلية، ضمنها 8 سلالات للأغنام و 7 سلالات للماعز، بالإضافة إلى 9766 مربي نشيط للأغنام و1689 مربي للماعز.
وعلى إثر المناقشات، تمت الموافقة على التقارير الأدبية والتقنية والمالية، كما تم تجديد ثلث أعضاء مجلس الإدارة.
وتشرف الجمعية الوطنية لمربي الأغنام والماعز على شبكة من المنخرطين تضم حوالي 15500 مربي يستغلون 4,2 مليون رأس من الأغنام والماعز.
