أصدر الملك محمد السادس أمره السامي بالعفو على 588 شخصا، منهم المعتقلين ومنهم الموجودين في حالة سراح، المحكوم عليهم من طرف مختلف محاكم المملكة. وذلك احتفاء بعيد الشباب، وهم كالآتي:
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة اعتقال وعددهم 413 نزيلا وذلك على النحو التالي:
– العفو مما تبقى من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة: 15 نزيلا
– التخفيض من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة: 391 نزيلا
– تحويل عقوبة الإعدام إلى السجن المؤبد لفائدة: 01 نزيلة واحدة
– تحويل السجن المؤبد إلى السجن المحدد لفائدة: 06 نزلاء
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة سراح وعددهم 175 شخصا موزعين كالتالي:
– العفو من العقوبة الحبسية أو مما تبقى منها لفائدة: 57 شخصا – العفو من العقوبة الحبسية مع إبقاء الغرامة لفائدة: 16 شخصا
– العفو من الغرامة لفائدة: 91 شخصا – العفو من عقوبتي الحبس والغرامة لفائدة: 10 أشخاص
– العفو من الغرامة ومما تبقى من العقوبة الحبسية لفائدة: 01 شخص واحد
