علم لدى المنطقة الإقليمية للأمن بابن جرير أن شخصا يبلغ من العمر 31 سنة، كان موضوعا رهن تدبير الحراسة النظرية من أجل قضية تتعلق بالسكر وحيازة السلاح الأبيض، توفي صباح اليوم الأحد، وذلك بعد نقله للمستشفى المحلي بنفس المدينة.
وذكر بلاغ للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني أنه قد تم وضع الهالك، وهو من ذوي السوابق القضائية، رهن تدبير الحراسة النظرية مساء يوم الجمعة، بناء على تعليمات النيابة العامة المختصة، قبل أن يتعرض لأزمة صحية استدعت نقله في حدود الساعة العاشرة والنصف من ليلة أمس السبت إلى المستشفى للعلاج، حيث تلقى العلاجات الضرورية وتمت إعادته لمقر مصلحة الشرطة، ثم أصيب على الساعة الثانية من صباح اليوم بعارض صحي استلزم نقله مرة أخرى إلى المستشفى حيث توفي بعد ولوجه المؤسسة الصحية.
وقد تم إيداع جثة الهالك، حسب البلاغ، بمستودع الأموات رهن التشريح الطبي لتحديد أسباب الوفاة، فيما تم فتح بحث في الموضوع من قبل فرقة الشرطة القضائية ببن جرير، تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة.
