يجري انجاز 73 مؤسسة سياحية باستثمار يناهز 708 مليون درهم على صعيد جهة فاس مكناس، وفق معطيات المركز الجهوي للاستثمار.
ويفيد المركز بأن هذه المشاريع ستعزز الطاقة الإيوائية لمؤسسات الاستقبال السياحي بفاس مكناس، ب 3600 سرير إضافي.
وأشار المصدر الى بدء تشغيل 12 مشروعا للإيواء السياحي بطاقة استقبال تبلغ 356 سريرا. وكلف بناء هذه البنيات استثمارا إجماليا قدره 151 مليون درهم.
وحسب المركز، يوجد 43 مشروع مؤسسة سياحية قيد الدراسة باستثمار متوقع يبلغ 920 مليون درهم، وينتظر أن تخلق 3000 سرير إضافي.
وتتوفر جهة فاس-مكناس على أكثر من 380 مؤسسة إيواء سياحي مصنفة، من جميع الفئات. وتصل الطاقة الاستيعابية لهذه الوحدات، التي تتوزع على عمالات وأقاليم الجهة، إلى اكثر من 19 ألف سرير.
ويساهم القطاع السياحي ذو المكانة الهامة في اقتصاد جهة فاس مكناس ب 5، 8 في المائة من الناتج الداخلي الخام الوطني للسياحة. وحقق سنة 2019 رقم أعمال بلغ 349 مليون درهم.
