كونت كلية الطب والصيدلة وطب الأسنان التابعة لجامعة سيدي محمد بن عبد الله بفاس، منذ تدشينها في 1999، ما مجموعه 3000 طبيب من مختلف التخصصات.
وفي الكلية التي نوقشت أول أطروحة بها عام 2007 لتبلغ الجمعة الماضي 3000 أطروحة، تم تكوين 1450 طبيبا أخصائيا في 35 تخصصا توفرها الكلية.
ويوجد حاليا 4016 طالبا في طور التكوين، منهم 2858 طالبا في الطب العام و100 آخرون في الصيدلة.
وتتوفر كلية الطب والصيدلة وطب الأسنان على 1058 طبيبا مقيما وداخليا في مختلف التخصصات الطبية، يمثل الأجانب 15 في المائة منهم.
يذكر أنه تم التصديق خلال السنوات الثلاث الأخيرة على التكوين المتعلق بشهادة الدكتوراه في الصيدلة قصد الاستجابة لحاجيات المملكة من حيث الأطر المؤهلة للعمل في مختلف مجالات الصيدلة وخصوصا في المختبرات والمستشفيات والمؤسسات الصناعية الصيدلية.
