أفاد بلاغ من الديوان الملكي بأن صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله، توصل بطلب من السيدة رئيسة الحكومة، فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري، بإعفاء السيدة ماديحة خيير، الوزيرة المنتدبة لدى وزير التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والتكوين المهني والتأهيل، المكلفة بالتكوين المهني والتأهيل.
وأوضح البلاغ أن صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله، تفضل بقبول الطلب المذكور، طبقا لأحكام الفصل 47 من الدستور.
ويأتي هذا القرار عقب تعيين السيدة ماديحة خيير ضمن أعضاء الحكومة الجديدة، يوم الجمعة 16 أكتوبر 2026، خلال المراسم التي ترأسها جلالة الملك بالقصر الملكي بالرباط.
ويشكل قبول جلالة الملك لطلب الإعفاء ممارسة للاختصاصات الدستورية المنصوص عليها في الفصل 47 من دستور المملكة، الذي يخول للملك إعفاء عضو أو أكثر من أعضاء الحكومة، بناء على طلب رئيسها.
