أفادت المندوبية السامية للتخطيط بأن مؤشر ثقة الأسر استقر في 59,2 نقطة خلال الفصل الثالث من سنة 2026، مقابل 53,6 نقطة خلال الفصل نفسه من السنة الماضية.
وأوضحت المندوبية، في مذكرة إخبارية حول نتائج بحث الظرفية لدى الأسر برسم الفصل الثالث من سنة 2026، أن نتائج البحث الدائم حول الظرفية لدى الأسر، أظهرت أن مؤشر ثقة الأسر سجل خلال الفصل الثالث من سنة 2026، تراجعا طفيفا بالمقارنة مع الفصل السابق، وتحسنا بالمقارنة مع الفصل نفسه من سنة 2025.
وبحسب المندوبية، صرحت 76,3 في المائة من الأسر، خلال الفصل الثالث من سنة 2026، بتدهور مستوى المعيشة خلال الاثني عشر شهرا الماضية، فيما اعتبرت 18,5 في المائة منها أنه استقر في المستوى نفسه، بينما اعتبرت 5,2 في المائة أنه تحسن. واستقر رصيد هذا المؤشر في مستوى سلبي بلغ ناقص 71,1 نقطة.
وبخصوص تطور مستوى المعيشة خلال 12 شهرا المقبلة، تتوقع 51,7 في المائة من الأسر تدهوره، مقابل 39,6 في المائة تتوقع استقراره في المستوى نفسه، في حين ترجح 8,7 في المائة تحسنه. وظل رصيد الآراء المتعلق بهذا المؤشر سلبيا، حيث بلغ ناقص 43 نقطة.
وأضافت المندوبية أن 61,3 في المائة من الأسر، مقابل 17,3 في المائة، تتوقع ارتفاع مستوى البطالة خلال 12 شهرا المقبلة. واستقر رصيد الآراء المتعلق بهذا المؤشر في ناقص 44 نقطة.
من جهة أخرى، اعتبرت 63,8 في المائة من الأسر، مقابل 14,5 في المائة، أن الظروف غير ملائمة لاقتناء السلع المستديمة، وظل رصيد الآراء المتعلق بهذا المؤشر سلبيا، مسجلا ناقص 49,3 نقطة.
وخلال الفصل الثالث من سنة 2026، صرحت 58,2 في المائة من الأسر بأن مداخيلها تغطي مصاريفها، فيما أفادت 39 في المائة منها بأنها تلجأ إلى الاقتراض أو السحب من مدخراتها، بينما أكدت 2,8 في المائة أنها تتمكن من ادخار جزء من مداخيلها. وبلغ رصيد الآراء المتعلق بالوضعية المالية الحالية للأسر ناقص 36,2 نقطة.
وفي ما يخص تطور الوضعية المالية للأسر خلال 12 شهرا الماضية، اعتبرت 44,9 في المائة منها، مقابل 4,7 في المائة، أنها تدهورت. واستقر رصيد الآراء المتعلق بهذا المؤشر في ناقص 40,2 نقطة.
أما بخصوص تطور الوضعية المالية للأسر خلال 12 شهرا المقبلة، فتتوقع 16,5 في المائة منها تحسن وضعيتها المالية، مقابل 65,1 في المائة تتوقع استقرارها في المستوى نفسه، و18,4 في المائة تتوقع تدهورها. وبلغ رصيد الآراء المتعلق بهذا المؤشر ناقص 1,9 نقطة.
يذكر أن مؤشر ثقة الأسر يتم حسابه على أساس 7 مؤشرات، تتعلق أربعة منها بالوضعية العامة، في حين تخص الباقية الوضعية الخاصة بالأسرة، وهي كالتالي: “التطورات السابقة لمستوى المعيشة”، و”آفاق تطور مستوى المعيشة”، و”آفاق تطور أعداد العاطلين”، و”فرص اقتناء السلع المستديمة”، و”الوضعية المالية الراهنة للأسر”، و”التطور السابق للوضعية المالية للأسر”، و”التطور المستقبلي للوضعية المالية للأسر”.
