اعتبر الأمين العام لحزب التقدم والاشتراكية، نبيل بنعبد الله، أن الحزب يسعى لفتح الباب أمام بديل ديمقراطي واقتصاد شفاف وصاعد لا يترك أحدا على هامش التنمية “.
وذكر بنعبد الله أنه” في حال تسجيل مشاركة انتخابية واسعة وتصويت مكثف، فإن الحزب يتطلع إلى ” إحداث رجة تجعلنا حينها نحتل الصفوف الأمامية في المشهد السياسي”.
وقال بنعبد الله خلال حوار أجرته معه وكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء، أن الحزب يمتلك من المؤهلات والخط السياسي الواضح والجريء ما يجعله قادرا على تحمل مسؤولية تسيير الشأن الحكومي، فضلا عن قدرته على التكيف مع الواقع المغربي والثوابت الدستورية في إطار من التطور التدريجي، ودون مساومة على مرجعيته اليسارية التقدمية.
وجاء على لسان المتحدث، نستند في ندائنا لدعم مسار الحزب إلى رصيد السنوات الخمس الأخيرة من المعارضة المسؤولة، والوطنية، والديمقراطية، التي تميزت بالتصدي للانحرافات والمشاكل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية.
