احتضن مركز تفتح الشباب بحي النعيم بمكناس، اليوم الأربعاء، دورة تكوينية لفائدة الملاحظات والملاحظين المترشحين لمواكبة الانتخابات التشريعية المزمع تنظيمها بالمغرب يوم ال23 شتنبر 2026.

وجرى خلال الدورة التي أطرها ممثل النسيج الجمعوي لرصد الانتخابات بمكناس عبد الرحمان بن دياب، استعراض المنهجية المعتمدة في رصد مختلف مراحل العملية الانتخابية، وفق مبادئ الحياد والاستقلالية والموضوعية.

وتعرف المشاركون في الدورة على كيفية تعبئة استمارات الملاحظة، وآليات توثيق المعطيات، فضلاً عن سبل التعامل مع مختلف الحالات التي قد تعترض الملاحظين يوم الاقتراع، بما يضمن إنجاز مهامهم وفق المعايير الوطنية والدولية المعمول بها في مجال ملاحظة الانتخابات.

وفي معرض تأطيره للدورة أبرز عبد الرحمان بن دياب، أن الهدف الأساس هو تعزيز قدرات الملاحظين وتأهيلهم للقيام بأدوارهم بكفاءة ومهنية، بما يساهم في ترسيخ مبادئ الشفافية والنزاهة وتعزيز الثقة في المسار الانتخابي.

وأكد بن دياب، أن الانتخابات المقبلة تكتسي أهمية بالغة بالنسبة للدولة باعتبارها تعد مؤشرا من المؤشرات التي سيعتمدها المنتظم الدولي خاصة الولاية المتحدة الأمريكية لتعزيز دعم موقف المملكة في الصحراء المغربية.

وشهدت الدورة نقاشا وتفاعلا همَّ الإشكالات الميدانية التي قد يُصادفها الملاحظ أثناء أدائه لمهامه يوم الاقتراع،حيث طُرحت مجموعة من الأسئلة والاستفسارات وعلى ضوئها قُدمت توضيحات من شأنها ضمان نجاح العملية.
