بمناسبة عيد الشباب السعيد لهذه السنة، أصدر صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله، أمره السامي بالعفو على 667 شخصا، منهم المعتقلون ومنهم الموجودون في حالة سراح، المحكوم عليهم من طرف مختلف محاكم المملكة.
وهم كالآتي :
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة اعتقال وعددهم 526 نزيلا وذلك على النحو التالي:
– العفو مما تبقى من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة: 07 نزلاء – التخفيض من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة : 517 نزيلا – تحويل السجن المؤبد إلى السجن المحدد لفائدة: 02 نزيلين اثنين المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة سراح وعددهم 141 شخصا موزعين كالتالي:
– العفو من العقوبة الحبسية أو مما تبقى منها لفائدة: 62 شخصا – العفو من العقوبة الحبسية مع إبقاء الغرامة لفائدة: 13 شخصا – العفو من الغرامة لفائدة: 59 شخصا – العفو من عقوبتي الحبس والغرامة لفائدة: 07 أشخاص المجموع : 667
