صادق مجلس الحكومة، اليوم الخميس، على مشروع مرسوم يتعلق بمدونة السير على الطرق بشأن قواعد السير على الطرق، قدمه وزير النقل واللوجيستيك.
وذكر الوزير المنتدب المكلف بالعلاقات مع البرلمان، الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، مصطفى بايتاس، خلال لقاء صحفي عقب الاجتماع الأسبوعي للمجلس، أن الأمر يتعلق بمشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.145 بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم رقم 2.10.420 الصادر في 20 من شوال 1431 (29 سبتمبر 2010) بتطبيق أحكام القانون رقم 52.05.
وأوضح السيد بايتاس أن مشروع هذا المرسوم يأتي لتغيير وتتميم بعض مقتضيات المرسوم رقم 2.10.420 السالف الذكر، من خلال إقرار مقتضيات خاصة تنظم استعمال وسائل جديدة للتنقل أضحت تستعمل على الطريق العمومية، إلى جانب مراجعة بعض المقتضيات الأخرى بما يستجيب لمتطلبات السلامة الطرقية ويعزز أمن وسلامة مستعملي الطريق.
