صادق مجلس الحكومة، اليوم الخميس، على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.561 بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم رقم 2.90.554 الصادر في 2 رجب 1411 (18 يناير 1991) المتعلق بالمؤسسات الجامعية والأحياء الجامعية، قدمه وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار.
وذكر بلاغ للوزارة المنتدبة المكلفة بالعلاقات مع البرلمان، الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، أن مشروع هذا المرسوم يأتي لمواصلة تنزيل التوجهات الاستراتيجية الرامية إلى تطوير منظومة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار، وتعزيز ملاءمة الخريطة الجامعية الوطنية مع التحولات الديمغرافية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والعلمية التي تعرفها مختلف جهات المملكة، وكذا مع الحاجيات المتزايدة المرتبطة بتنويع العرض التكويني وتحسين جودته وتقريب الخدمات الجامعية من الطلبة.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته أن مشروع هذا المرسوم يهدف إلى إعادة هيكلة وتقسيم عدد من المؤسسات الجامعية ذات الاستقطاب المفتوح، قصد تحسين شروط التأطير البيداغوجي والإداري، وتعزيز التخصص الأكاديمي، والرفع من نجاعة التأطير والتكوين والبحث العلمي.
