استقبل رئيس مجلس النواب راشيد الطالبي العلمي، أمس الأربعاء 13 ماي 2026 بمقر المجلس في الرباط، بعثة عن الكلية البريطانية الملكية للدراسات الدفاعية، حيث تقوم بزيارة عمل للمملكة المغربية خلال الفترة الممتدة من 9 إلى 15 ماي الجاري، وذلك في إطار برنامج للتكوين لفائدة 17 عضوا من الكلية يرافقهم عدد من المؤطرين.
وخلال هذا الاستقبال، أطلع رئيس مجلس النواب أعضاء البعثة على خصائص النظام السياسي المغربي، وعلى الأوراش والمشاريع الاستراتيجية الكبرى التي انخرطت فيها المملكة المغربية تحت القيادة الرشيدة لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله.
كما قدم الطالبي العلمي عرضا حول التجربة البرلمانية المغربية على امتداد ما يزيد عن ستين سنة، واختصاصات مجلس النواب في مجالات التشريع والمراقبة وتقييم السياسات العمومية وعلاقاته البرلمانية الثنائية ومتعددة الأطراف.
يذكر أن الكلية البريطانية الملكية للدراسات الدفاعية تعد جزءا من أكاديمية الدفاع البريطانية، حيث تضم مسؤولين مدنيين وعسكريين سامين ينتمون الى حوالي خمسين دولة. ويركز برنامج التكوين هذه المؤسسة على قضايا الأمن والاستقرار والازدهار، ويشمل تنظيم زيارات دراسية إلى الخارج تروم تحليل التحديات الاستراتيجية واستكشاف المقاربات المعتمدة في مختلف المناطق.
