فتحت الفرقة المحلية للشرطة القضائية بالمفوضية الجهوية للأمن بالمرسى ضواحي مدينة العيون بحثا قضائيا تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، نهاية الأسبوع الجاري، وذلك قصد توقيف جميع المتورطين في تنظيم وتنفيذ عملية للهجرة غير المشروعة عبر المسالك البحرية، والتي جرى تداول تسجيلات فيديو توثق لجزء من وقائعها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وكانت مصالح الأمن الوطني قد توصلت بإشعار حول قيام عناصر القوات العمومية المكلفة بحراسة الشريط الساحلي بمنطقة المرسى، بالتدخل من أجل إجهاض عملية للهجرة غير المشروعة باستعمال قارب مطاطي، حيث تمكنت من ضبط عدد من المرشحين بعين المكان فيما تمكن الباقي من الفرار باستعمال القارب المطاطي.
وقد تم إخضاع المرشحين للهجرة غير المشروعة الموقوفين لإجراءات البحث القضائي، تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، بينما تتواصل الأبحاث والتحريات الميدانية المكثفة من أجل تحديد هوية المتورطين في تنظيم هذه العملية ذات الطابع الإجرامي.
وخلافا لم تم الترويج له من معطيات غير صحيحة حول هذه القضية، تؤكد مصالح الأمن الوطني بمنطقة المرسى بأن التدخل الفوري للقوات العمومية مكن من ضبط عدد من المرشحين للهجرة غير الشرعية ، بينما تتواصل إجراءات البحث لتوقيف المنظمين الضالعين في هذه العملية.
