طالبت الفيدرالية المغربية لناشري الصحف أعضاء مجلس النواب بالانتصار للصورة الديموقراطية للمملكة
و باستحضار روح قرار المحكمة الدستورية لرفض المشروع الحكومي المتعلق بالمجلس الوطني للصحافة.
وجددت الفيدرالية في بلاغ لها انخراطها المبدئي الثابت والقوي في التنسيق الجماعي المهني المشترك مع المنظمات المهنية الرافضة للمخطط الحكومي، واستمرار ترافعها المشترك مع منظمات المجتمع المدني وجمعيات حقوق الإنسان والقوى الديموقراطية ضد قانون مجلس الصحافة ومن أجل نظام قانوني للدعم العمومي.
ودعت الفيدرالية أعضاء مجلس النواب إلى تحمل مسؤوليتهم التاريخية لحماية حرية الصحافة واستقلالية مؤسسة التنظيم الذاتي، وبالتالي رفض مشروع الحكومة وإسقاطه.
يشار إلى أن لجنة التعليم والثقافة والاتصال بمجلس النواب تواصل يوم الثلاثاء 28 أبريل 2026 دراستها لمشروع القانون رقم: 26-09 المتعلق بإعادة تنظيم المجلس الوطني للصحافة، وذلك من خلال البث في التعديلات والتصويت على مواد مشروع القانون المذكور.
