مثل رئيس مجلس النواب، راشيد الطالبي العلمي، صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، في حفل تنصيب رئيس جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى، فوستين أرتشانج تواديرا والذي جرى اليوم الاثنين في العاصمة بانغي.
وخلال هذا الحفل، الذي أقيم بحضور رؤساء دول ووفود أجنبية، وأعضاء السلك الدبلوماسي المعتمدين ببانغي، بالإضافة إلى عدد من الشخصيات البارزة، أدى السيد تواديرا اليمين الدستورية رئيسا لجمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى لولاية جديدة مدتها سبع سنوات.
وبهذه المناسبة، نقل السيد الطالبي العلمي إلى الرئيس فوستين أرتشانج تواديرا تهاني جلالة الملك محمد السادس وتحياته، مؤكدا التزام جلالته الراسخ بالعمل على تطوير وتعزيز الاستقرار في القارة الإفريقية.
وقد رافق رئيس مجلس النواب في هذه المراسم سفير المغرب لدى جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى السيد مصطفى العلمي فلوس.
وكان صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس قد بعث ببرقية تهنئة إلى السيد تواديرا بمناسبة إعادة انتخابه رئيسا لبلاده، أكد فيها جلالته استعداده الدائم للعمل مع السيد فاوستين أرانج تواديرا لتعزيز التعاون الوثيق والقائم على التضامن الفاعل، سواء على المستوى الثنائي أو على مستوى القارة الإفريقية.
