أوقفت العناصر الأمنية بمكناس يوم أمس الأربعاء 25 مارس أربعة أشخاص من بينهم قاصر وسيدة، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطهم في تبادل الضرب والجرح والرشق بالحجارة وإحداث الضوضاء الليلي وحيازة أسلحة بيضاء في ظروف تشكل خطرا على الأشخاص والممتلكات.
وكان المشتبه فيهم قد أقدموا على إحداث الضوضاء الليلي وتبادل الضرب والجرح والرشق بالحجارة، بسبب نزاعات سابقة فيما بين عائلتين حول سوء الجوار، وهي الأفعال الإجرامية التي شكلت موضوع شرائط فيديو منشورة على صفحات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث أسفرت الأبحاث والتحريات المنجزة عن توقيف أربعة من بينهم.
وقد تم الاحتفاظ باثنين من المشتبه فيهم تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية وإخضاع السيدة والموقوف القاصر للبحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، وكذا تحديد الخلفيات الحقيقية وراء ارتكاب هذه الأفعال الإجرامية.
