فتحت المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بمدينة أكادير بحثا قضائيا تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، زوال يومه السبت 21 فبراير الجاري، وذلك لتحديد الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة لمقدم شرطة يعمل بمدينة شفشاون، والذي تم ضبطه في حالة تلبس بحيازة 22 كيلوغراما من مخدر الشيرا.
وحسب المعلومات الأولية للبحث، فقد أوقفت عناصر الشرطة بأكادير بتنسيق مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، الشرطي المشتبه فيه بالمنطقة القروية أمسكروض، على متن سيارة خفيفة كانت محملة ب22 كيلوغراما من مخدر الشيرا، وجرعات من مخدر الكوكايين
وقد تم إخضاع الشرطي المشتبه فيه للبحث القضائي الذي أمرت به النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، وكذا تحديد كافة الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة للمعني بالأمر.
وفي الشق الإداري، تنتظر المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني نتائج المسطرة القضائية الجارية في حق الشرطي المشتبه فيه، من أجل ترتيب الجزاءات التأديبية التي ينص عليها النظام الأساسي الخاص بموظفي الأمن الوطني.
