صادق مجلس الحكومة، اليوم الخميس، على مشروع القانون 09.26 يتعلق بإعادة تنظيم المجلس الوطني للصحافة، قدمه وزير الشباب والثقافة والتواصل.
وذكر بلاغ للوزارة المنتدبة المكلفة بالعلاقات مع البرلمان، الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة أن مشروع هذا القانون، المتعلق بإعادة تنظيم المجلس الوطني للصحافة يأتي انسجاما مع التوجيهات الدستورية ذات الصلة بحرية التعبير والتنظيم الذاتي للمهن لاسيما الفصول 25 و27و28، ووعيا بالحاجة إلى تأمين استمرارية المجلس في مهمته المتمثلة في التنظيم الذاتي للمهنة والرقي بأخلاقياتها وتحصين القطاع بكيفية ديمقراطية ومستقلة.
وأوضح أن مشروع هذا القانون يهدف، بالأساس، إلى ترتيب الأثر القانوني لقرار المحكمة الدستورية رقم 26/261 بتاريخ 22 يناير 2026.
وفيما يتعلق بمشروع المرسوم بقانون رقم 2.26.135 بإحداث لجنة خاصة بتسيير قطاع الصحافة والنشر، أضاف المصدر ذاته أنه تم سحبه.
