أعلن المركز الجهوي للاستثمار فاس–مكناس عن إتاحة باقة واسعة من الخدمات الإلكترونية لفائدة المستثمرين وحاملي المشاريع والمقاولين، ص ممت لمواكبة تطوير مشاريع الاستثمار وتيسير الولوج إلى المعلومة الاقتصادية والمالية على صعيد الجهة.
وتشمل هذه الخدمات الرقمية، على الخصوص، دليلا تفاعليا للتمويل، وبطاقات قطاعية غنية بالمعطيات الاقتصادية، ومؤشرات للاستثمار والمقاولات، وأداة إلكترونية لإعداد مخطط الأعمال، وم حاكيا لمنح الاستثمار، إضافة إلى محاك لاختيار الشكل القانوني للمقاولة.
وأشار المركز إلى أنه إلى جانب تيسير الولوج إلى المعلومة، تهدف هذه الأدوات كذلك إلى تحسين اتخاذ القرار وتعزيز الجاذبية الاقتصادية لجهة فاس–مكناس، التي استقطبت خلال الأشهر التسعة الأولى من سنة 2025 استثمارات بقيمة 16,7 مليار درهم، مسجلة ارتفاعا بنسبة 91 في المائة مقارنة بسنة 2024.
وأفاد المركز الجهوي للاستثمار بأن الدينامية الاقتصادية التي تعرفها الجهة تترافق مع جهود متواصلة في مجال التصنيع وتبسيط مساطر الاستثمار، بما يضمن نجاعة مسار المستثمر.
ويشمل ذلك، على وجه الخصوص، تحسنا ملحوظا في فعالية الإجراءات الإدارية، تمثل في تقليص متوسط آجال دراسة ملفات الاستثمار من طرف اللجنة الجهوية الموحدة للاستثمار إلى 8-7 أيام، إلى جانب رقمنة معالجة الشكايات وطلبات الصلح، حيث بلغ متوسط أجل تسويتها 7-6 أيام.
كما يجري التركيز على أعمال التسويق الترابي من خلال تنفيذ مخططات تواصل وترويج موجهة، وإطلاق مبادرات خاصة لفائدة مغاربة العالم.
وتمت أيضا برمجة آليات جهوية للدعم والتمويل، بهدف تعزيز جاذبية العرض الترابي وضمان استدامة فرص الشغل.
