نال الطالب سعيد اليوسفي، اليوم الثلاثاء بفاس، أطروحة الدكتوراه في القانون الخاص بميزة مشرف جدا مع توصيات بالنشر مع التنويه.

واحتضنت كلية العلوم القانونية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية التابعة لجامعة سيدي محمد بن عبد الله بفاس مراسيم مناقشة الدكتوراه تحت عنوان” الكراء الوقفي بين امتياز الأوقاف وحقوق المكتري “، حيث تمكن الطالب من إقناع لجنة المناقشة بأهمية بحثه الأكاديمي وقيمته العلمية.

وتكونت لجنة المناقشة من الأستاذ بالكلية متعددة التخصصات بتازة الطاهر كركري مشرفا و رئيسا وكل من محمد بخنيف و عبد القادر قرموش وعبد القادر بوبكري كمقررين فضلا عن الدكتور سيدي محمد علوي طاهيري والخبير عبد الهادي ارزيقي كعضوين.

الجدير بالذكر أن سعيد اليوسفي يشغل منصب ناظر الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية بمكناس، وهو من الأطر المشهود لهم بالكفاءة العالية والاستقامة والعطاء الغزير،كما أنه يدير نظارة الأوقاف بمكناس بحنكة وتبصر وخبرة متراكمة.

يشار إلى أن مراسيم مناقشة أطروحة الدكتوراه حضرها على وجه الخصوص رئيس مجلس جهة فاس-مكناس عبد الواحد الأنصاري و مسؤولين عن وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية فضلا عن شخصيات إدارية وثقافية مهمة و عدد من طلبة جامعة محمد بن عبد الله بفاس.
