أعلن رئيس حكومة الوحدة الوطنية في ليبيا عبد الحميد الدبيبة ، مساء أمس الثلاثاء، وفاة رئيس الأركان العامة للجيش الليبي الفريق أول ركن محمد الحداد، وعدد من قادة الجيش إثر سقوط طائرة كانت تقلهم أثناء عودتهم من مهمة رسمية في تركيا.
ونقلت وكالة الأنباء الليبية عن رئيس حكومة الوحدة الوطنية قوله “ببالغ الحزن والأسى، تلقينا نبأ وفاة رئيس الأركان العامة للجيش الليبي الفريق أول ركن محمد الحداد ومرافقيه، رئيس أركان القوات البرية الفريق ركن الفيتوري غريبيل، ومدير جهاز التصنيع العسكري العميد محمود القطيوي ،ومستشار رئيس الأركان العامة للجيش الليبي الأستاذ محمد العصاوي دياب، والمصور بمكتب إعلام رئيس الأركان العامة الأستاذ محمد عمر أحمد محجوب إثر فاجعة وحادث أليم أثناء عودتهم من رحلة رسمية من مدينة أنقرة التركية”.
وأضاف الدبيبة أن “هذا المصاب الجلل خسارة كبيرة للوطن وللمؤسسة العسكرية ولجميع أبناء الشعب ، إذ فقدنا رجالا خدموا بلادهم بإخلاص وتفان وكانوا مثالا في الانضباط والمسؤولية والالتزام الوطني”.
وكانت وزارة الداخلية التركية قد أعلنت في وقت سابق اليوم انقطاع الاتصال بطائرة خاصة أقلعت من مطار “أسن بوغا” في أنقرة متجهة إلى طرابلس، وعلى متنها خمسة أشخاص بينهم رئيس الأركان الليبي محمد الحداد .
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن الاتصال بالطائرة، وهي من طراز فالكون 50، انقطع بعدما أبلغ طاقمها عن طلب هبوط اضطراري في منطقة هايمانا بالقرب من أنقرة، ما دفع السلطات التركية لبدء عمليات بحث وإنقاذ في الموقع.
