ينعقد، يوم الخميس المقبل، مجلس الحكومة برئاسة عزيز أخنوش، رئيس الحكومة.
وذكر بلاغ لرئاسة الحكومة أن المجلس سيتدارس في بدايته مشروع قانون يقضي بتحويل الوكالة الوطنية للموانئ إلى شركة مساهمة، وبتغيير القانون المتعلق بالموانئ، وبإحداث الوكالة الوطنية للموانئ، وشركة استغلال الموانئ.
وأضاف البلاغ أن المجلس سيواصل أشغاله بدراسة اثني عشرة مشروع مرسوم، تتعلق الإحدى عشر الأولى منها بتحديد تاريخ الشروع الفعلي في ممارسة اختصاصات المجموعات الصحية الترابية لمختلف جهات المملكة؛ فيما يتعلق مشروع المرسوم الأخير بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم الصادر في شأن تطبيق الضريبة على القيمة المضافة، المنصوص عليها في القسم الثالث من المدونة العامة للضرائب.
وسيتدارس المجلس، إثر ذلك، اتفاقية التعاون الجمركي المشترك بين إدارة الجمارك والضرائب غير المباشرة في المملكة المغربية، وهيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك في المملكة العربية السعودية، للاعتراف المتبادل ببرنامج المشغل الاقتصادي المعتمد لدى كل منهما، الموقعة بمكة المكرمة في 5 مارس 2025، مع مشروع قانون يوافق بموجبه على الاتفاقية المذكورة.
وأشار المصدر ذاته إلى أن المجلس سيختتم أشغاله بدراسة مقترحات تعيين في مناصب عليا طبقا لأحكام الفصل 92 من الدستور.
