قامت النيابات العامة لدى محاكم المملكة بمراجعة برقيات البحث الصادرة عنها إلى غاية متم شهر أكتوبر من سنة 2025، حيث تمت دراسة ما مجموعه 117 ألفا و 359 محضرا، وترتب عن ذلك إلغاء 70 ألفا و 948 برقية بحث.
ويأتي هذا الإجراء في إطار التعاطي الإيجابي مع التعليمات المضمنة في الدورية التي وجهتها رئاسة النيابة العامة إلى السادة الوكلاء العامين للملك ووكلاء الملك بتاريخ 16 شتنبر 2025، حرصا منها على احترام وصون حرية الأشخاص، وذلك من أجل مراجعة برقيات البحث سواء المتعلقة بتدبير الأبحاث الجنائية أو بتنفيذ العقوبات السالبة للحرية والإكراه البدني، التي طالها التقادم أو لغيرها من الأسباب.
