في إطار تعزيز التعاون القضائي وتفعيل مذكرة التفاهم الموقعة بين رئاسة النيابة العامة بالمملكة المغربية ونظيرتها بجمهورية كينيا، استقبل هشام البلاوي، الوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة النقض، رئيس النيابة العامة، صباح اليوم الاثنين 10 نونبر 2025 بمقر رئاسة النيابة العامة بالرباط، رينسون إنجونجا، مدير المتابعات العمومية بجمهورية كينيا، والوفد المرافق له الذي يقوم بزيارة عمل لبلادنا.
وخلال هذا اللقاء، استعرض الجانبان سبل تفعيل مذكرة التفاهم التي تم توقيعها بين المؤسستين في فبراير 2023، والتي تروم تعزيز علاقات التعاون في مجال محاربة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، ولا سيما الجريمة المعلوماتية، والرشوة، وغسل الأموال، والاتجار بالبشر.
كما اتفق الطرفان على تبادل زيارات العمل الرسمية بين المؤسستين، وإطلاق برامج ودورات تكوينية مشتركة لفائدة أعضاء النيابات العامة في البلدين، إضافة إلى تنظيم ندوات موضوعاتية حول القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
ويأتي هذا اللقاء في إطار حرص رئاسة النيابة العامة بالمملكة المغربية على تعزيز التعاون الدولي في المجال القضائي، وتبادل الخبرات والممارسات الفضلى بما يسهم في تطوير أداء العدالة الجنائية وترسيخ سيادة القانون.
