قضت الدائرة الجنائية المختصة في قضايا الإرهاب بالمحكمة الإبتدائية بتونس، أمس الجمعة، بسجن المحامي أحمد صواب لمدة خمس سنوات ووضعه تحت المراقبة الإدارية لمدة 3 سنوات، وذلك بعد متابعته على خلفية تصريحات أدلى بها حول مجريات ملف ” التآمر على أمن الدولة” الذي صدرت فيه أحكام بالسجن في حق متهمين من بينهم سياسيون ومسؤولون سابقون .
ونقلت وكالة تونس إفريقيا للأنباء عن مصدر قضائي أنه حكم على أحمد صواب ب 4 أعوام سجنا “من أجل تعريض حياة أشخاص معنيين بالحماية إلى الخطر بالإفصاح عمدا عن معطيات من شأنها الكشف عنهم” وبسنة سجنا من أجل “التهديد بما يوجب عقابا جنائيا المرتبط بجريمة إرهابية”. وكانت هيئة المحكمة قد حجزت الملف للمداولة اليوم بعد جلسة قاطعتها هيئة الدفاع وموكلها بسبب اعتماد المحاكمة عن بعد.
يذكر أنه تم توقيف المحامي أحمد صواب في 21 أبريل الماضي مباشرة بعد ظهوره في مقطع فيديو وهو يتحدث عن مجريات قضية ” التآمر على أمن الدولة” التي صدرت فيها أحكام بالسجن تصل إلى 66 سنة.
وكانت منظمات وجمعيات تونسية قد عبرت في بيان مشترك آنذاك عن رفضها توقيف المحامي أحمد صواب داعية إلى “ضمان حق المحامين والمحاميات في ممارسة مهنتهم دون مضايقات أمنية أو قضائية” و “احترام ضمانات المحاكمة العادلة واستقلال القضاء”.
