تتوقع المندوبية السامية للتخطيط أن يسجل الاقتصاد الوطني استعادة نسبية للنشاط خلال الفصل الرابع من عام 2025، ليحقق نموا قدره 4,7 في المائة على أساس سنوي، مقابل 4,3 في المائة خلال الفصل الثالث.
وأوضحت المندوبية، في مذكرة إخبارية حول الوضعية الاقتصادية خلال الفصل الثاني من سنة 2025 والتوقعات بالنسبة للفصلين الثالث والرابع، أن التوقعات تشير إلى تطور أكثر إيجابية للطلب الأجنبي مقارنة بالفصل الثالث، تحت تأثير التخفيف التدريجي الم نتظر لأسعار الفائدة على الاستهلاك والاستثمار في كل من أوروبا والولايات المتحدة.
وأضاف المصدر نفسه، أنه يتوقع أيضا أن تستمر العوامل التي دعمت الطلب الداخلي خلال الفصول الثلاثة الأولى في تأثيرها الإيجابي على الاقتصاد، حيث سيستفيد استهلاك الأسر من مواصلة تحسن قدرتها الشرائية، في ظل ظرفية ستتسم برفع الأجور العمومية والخاصة والمكاسب المرتبطة بضريبة الدخل، مما سيدفع نموه إلى 4,4 في المائة، على أساس سنوي، خلال الفصل الرابع من عام 2025.
وسجلت المذكرة أيضا مواصلة الاستثمار تقدمه بنسبة 12,6 في المائة، مدفوعا بتحسن نفقات التجهيز بالنسبة للشركات غير المالية وتنامي الاستثمارات العمومية.
وعلى صعيد فروع الإنتاج، ينتظر أن تواصل الخدمات دعمها للنمو الاقتصادي خلال الفصل الرابع 2025، بزيادة قدرها 4,7 في المائة بفضل تنامي قطاعات التجارة، والخدمات غير قابلة للمتاجرة، وتلك الموجهة للأفراد.
كما ستشهد الصناعة بعض التسارع، مستفيدة من تحسن الصادرات مقارنة بالفصل الثالث، بينما سيتعزز النمو بقطاع البناء بشكل ملموس، مما سيرفع مساهمته في النمو الإجمالي إلى 0,4 نقطة.
