نفى رئيس مجلس جهة فاس-مكناس عبد الواحد الأنصاري، وجود أي انقسام بين مكونات الاغلبية المسيرة للمجلس،كما قدم عددا من التوضيحات المتعلق بما وصفته الصحافة “صفقات غير قانونية”.
ووفقا لبلاغ صادر عن مجلس جهة فاس-مكناس، أكد فيه الأنصاري أن المجلس لم يعقد أية صفقة تهم الاعلاميات منذ بداية ولايته إلى غاية يوم 24وشتنبر.
وبخصوص الأخبار التي تناولتها وسائل الإعلام الوطنية والجهوية والتي تتعلق باقتناء حافلات للنقل المدرسي، أوضح الأنصاري بأن الوكالة الجهوية لتنفيذ المشاريع هي التي تولت مهمة إعداد وإنجاز الصفقة الخاصة بها، استنادا إلى مقتضيات القانون التنظيمي للجهات 111.14، مشيرا إلى أن الوكالة أحدثت بغاية تتبع مشاريع الجهة.
وتابع الأنصاري توضيح قائلا:” إن دور المجلس في هذا الصدد اقتصر على توفير الاعتمادات المالية من ميزانية الجهة بكل وعي ومسؤولية من أجل تخفيف معاناة التلاميذ ومحاربة الهدر المدرسي والمساهمة في الرفع من مستوى منظومة التكوين “.
وذكر البلاغ بأن المجلس يحتفظ بحقه في إتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، داعيا رجال الصحافة والإعلام إلى التحقق من المعلومة قبل نشرها، منبها في هذا الصدد إلى أن مجلس الجهة أحدث منذ بداية ولايته خلية للتواصل، يمكن ربط الإتصال بها لأخذ المعلومة الصحيحة.
