جرى اليوم الجمعة بمقر عمالة مكناس، تنصيب إلياس أبرارج، قائداً على رأس الملحقة الإدارية الخامسة، وذلك في إطار الحركة الإدارية المتعلقة بتعيين خريجي الفوج الستين من السلك العادي لرجال السلطة بالمعهد الملكي للإدارة الترابية.
يشار إلى أن إلياس أبرارج، من مواليد مدينة تنغير بتاريخ 14 أكتوبر 1995، حاصل على الإجازة في العلوم الاقتصادية والتسيير، وعلى شهادة الماستر في “تدبير واستراتيجية المنظمات”، إلى جانب تجربة مهنية في القطاع الخاص، قبل التحاقه بسلك رجال السلطة بتاريخ 4 شتنبر 2023.
ويُنتظر أن يشكل هذا المسار العلمي والمهني رصيداً يعزز أداءه في مهامه الجديدة، انسجاماً مع التوجيهات الملكية السامية الرامية إلى تكريس سياسة القرب وخدمة المواطن.
