صادق مجلس الحكومة، اليوم الخميس، على مشروع القانون رقم 26.25 يتعلق بإعادة تنظيم المجلس الوطني للصحافة، قدمه وزير الشباب والثقافة والتواصل محمد المهدي بنسعيد.
وأوضح الوزير المنتدب لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلف بالعلاقات مع البرلمان، الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، مصطفى بايتاس، في لقاء صحفي عقب انعقاد المجلس، أن هذا المشروع يأتي لتعزيز الانسجام مع أحكام الدستور ذات الصلة بحرية التعبير والتنظيم الذاتي لمهنة الصحافة والنشر، لاسيما الفصول 25 و27 و28، واستنادا إلى خلاصات عمل اللجنة المؤقتة لتسيير قطاع الصحافة والنشر طبقا لمقتضيات القانون رقم 15.23 المحدث لها، ووعيا بالحاجة إلى تأمين استمرارية المجلس في مهمته المتمثلة في التنظيم الذاتي للمهنة والرقي بأخلاقياتها وتحصين القطاع بكيفية ديمقراطية ومستقلة.
وأضاف أن مشروع هذا القانون يهدف إلى تكريس المكتسبات التي حققها القانون رقم 90.13 الصادر بتنفيذه الظهير الشريف رقم 1.16.24 المؤرخ في 10 مارس 2016، حيث حافظ على الطابع المهني المستقل للمجلس، مع التأكيد على استمرارية اختصاصاته الجوهرية، ولاسيما في ما يتعلق بممارسة سلطته التنظيمية الذاتية على قطاع الصحافة والنشر.
