أفادت مديرية الدراسات والتوقعات المالية التابعة لوزارة الاقتصاد والمالية، بأن مبيعات الإسمنت، المقياس الرئيسي لنشاط البناء، تنامت بنسبة 9,5 في المائة عند متم ماي 2025، مقابل ارتفاع بنسبة 7,3 في المائة خلال الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي.
وأوضحت المديرية، في نشرتها الأخيرة حول الظرفية أنه خلال الشهرين الأولين من الفصل الثاني من سنة 2025، عرفت هذه المبيعات ارتفاعا بنسبة 16,4 في المائة، بعد ارتفاع بنسبة 4,5 في المائة خلال الفصل الأول من السنة نفسها.
ويعزى هذا التحسن إلى تعزيز عمليات التوزيع على مستوى مختلف الفئات، لاسيما الخرسانة الجاهزة للاستعمال (زائد 22,4 في المائة)، والتوزيع (زائد 4,2 في المائة)، والخرسانة المعدة مسبقا (زائد 18,6 في المائة)، والبنية التحتية (زائد 5,8 في المائة).
وفيما يتعلق بتمويل العمليات العقارية فقد سجل جاري القروض العقارية نموا متسارعا بنسبة 3,3 في المائة عند متم أبريل 2025، وهو أفضل أداء يسجل منذ فبراير 2022، وذلك عقب نمو بنسبة 0,8 في المائة عند متم أبريل 2024.
ويشمل هذا التطور الإيجابي كذلك القروض السكنية، التي ارتفعت بنسبة 2,5 في المائة مقابل 1,4 في المائة قبل سنة، وقروض الإنعاش العقاري، التي تنامت بنسبة 8,4 في المائة بعد ارتفاع بنسبة 2,1 في المائة في السنة الماضية.
