أوقفت العناصر الأمنية بمدينة الدار البيضاء، اليوم الخميس، مواطن فرنسي من أصول جزائرية يبلغ من العمر 38 سنة، يشكل موضوع أمر دولي بإلقاء القبض صادر عن السلطات القضائية الفرنسية، من أجل تنفيذ عقوبة حبسية بعد إدانته في قضية تتعلق بالضرب والجرح البليغين.
وأوضح مصدر أمني أنه جرى توقيف المشتبه فيه بمدينة الدار البيضاء، حيث أظهرت عملية تنقيطه بقواعد معطيات المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية “أنتربول” أنه يشكل موضوع بحث بناء على نشرة حمراء، لتنفيذ عقوبة حبسية بعد إدانته منتصف سنة 2024 من قبل القضاء الفرنسي في قضية تتعلق بالاعتداء باستعمال السلاح الأبيض على مجموعة من الأشخاص.
وأضاف أنه تم وضع المشتبه فيه تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية بأمر من النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك على خلفية الإجراءات التي تقتضيها مسطرة التسليم طبقا للتشريع الوطني والاتفاقيات الدولية ذات الصلة.
ووفقا للمصدر، فإن توقيف هذا المواطن الأجنبي يأتي في سياق انخراط المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني بشكل فعال وناجع في علاقات التعاون الثنائي والمتعدد الأطراف في المجالات الأمنية، لاسيما فيما يتعلق بتعقب وملاحقة الأشخاص المبحوث عنهم على الصعيد الدولي في قضايا الجريمة العابرة للحدود الوطنية.
