تم رصد غلاف مالي إجمالي بقيمة تصل إلى 8,6 مليون درهم لإتمام أشغال مشروع حماية مدينة وزان من الفيضانات.
ويهدف المشروع، الذي يشكل موضوع اتفاقية متعددة الأطراف تحدد التزامات الشركاء والمسؤوليات والإمكانيات اللازمة لإنجاز الأشغال، إلى حماية الأحياء الغربية لمدينة وزان من الفيضانات وتحسين شروط سيلان مياه الحمولات وتسهيل تصريفها نحو السافلة.
ويضم المشروع تهيئة ثلاث شعاب مائية تقع بين حي الخندق وحي البريق، وتحويل مياهها عبر قناة مغطاة مصنوعة من الخرسانة المسلحة وتصب غرب مدينة وزان، وتحويل شبكات الماء الصالح للشرب، واستبدال المنشأة الفنية لتصريف مياه الأمطار بقناة خرسانية.
ويساهم في إنجاز أشغال تتمة مشروع حماية وزان من الفيضانات، التي يرتقب أن تنجز خلال سنتي 2025 و 2026، كل من وزارة التجهيز والماء بغلاف مالي يصل إلى 6 ملايين درهم، ومجلس جهة طنجة-تطوان-الحسيمة ووكالة الحوض المائي اللوكوس بمليون درهم لكل منهما، والجماعة الترابية لوزان ب 0,6 مليون درهم.
بموجب الاتفاقية، يعهد بإنجاز الأشغال إلى وكالة إنعاش وتنمية أقاليم الشمال، تحت إشراف عمالة إقليم وزان، بينما تتعهد وكالة الحوض المائي اللوكوس بتوفير المعطيات الضرورية حول الخصائص الهيدرولوجية للمنطقة والدعم التقني، فيما ستتكلف جماعة وزان بتحويل شبكات الماء والكهرباء والتطهير السائل، على ان تشكل هذه الأخيرة المخاطب الوحيد في حال وجود تعرض على الأشغال.
وسيتم بشكل أولي إنجاز الأشغال في سافلة الشعاب المائية، ثم بناء قنوات تحويل مياه الأمطار، قبل إنجاز الأشغال في عالية الشعاب المائية لتفادي حصول أضرار جراء الأشغال بالأحياء المعنية.
