أصدر الملك محمد السادس، عفوه السامي على مجموعة من الأشخاص، منهم المعتقلين ومنهم الموجودين في حالة سراح، المحكوم عليهم من طرف مختلف محاكم المملكة وعددهم 1533 شخصا.
وفي ما يلي نص البلاغ الذي أصدرته وزارة العدل بهذا الخصوص:
“بمناسبة عيد الفطر السعيد لهذه السنة 1446 هجرية 2025 ميلادية، تفضل جلالة الملك أدام الله عزه ونصره، فأصدر حفظه الله أمره السامي المطاع بالعفو على مجموعة من الأشخاص منهم المعتقلين ومنهم الموجودين في حالة سراح، المحكوم عليهم من طرف مختلف محاكم المملكة الشريفة وعددهم 1502 شخصا، وهم كالآتي:
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة اعتقال وعددهم 1203 نزيلا وذلك على النحو التالي:
– العفو مما تبقى من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة: 20 نزيلا
– التخفيض من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لـفـائـــــــدة: 1178 نزيلا
– تحويل السجن المؤبد إلى السجن المحدد لفائدة: 05 نزلاء
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة سراح وعددهم 299 شخصا موزعين كالتالي:
– العفو من العقوبة الحبسية أو مما تبقى منها لفائدة : 54 شخصا
– العفو من العقوبة الحبسية مع إبقاء الغرامة لفائدة : 16 شخصا
– العفو من الغرامة لفائــدة : 216 شخصا
– العفو من عقوبتي الحبس والغرامة لـــفــائـــدة: 12 شخصا
– العفو من الغرامة ومما تبقى من العقوبة الحبسية لفائدة : 01 شخص واحد
المجموع: 1502
وبهذه المناسبة السعيدة، أبى جلالته دام له النصر والتمكين إلا أن يسبغ عفوه المولوي الكريم على مجموعة من المحكومين في قضايا التطرف والإرهاب، بعدما أعلنوا بشكل رسمي تشبثهم بثوابت الأمة ومقدساتها وبالمؤسسات الوطنية، وبعد مراجعة مواقفهم وتوجهاتهم الفكرية، ونبذهم للتطرف والإرهاب، وعددهم 31 شخصا، وذلك على النحو التالي :
– العفو مما تبقى من العقوبة السالبة للحرية لفائدة : 13 نزيلا
– العفو مما تبقى من العقوبة السالبة للحرية والغرامة لفائدة : 03 نزلاء
– التخفيض من العقوبة السالبة للحرية لفائدة : 12 نزيلا
– تحويل عقوبة الإعدام إلى السجن المؤبد لفائدة : 01 نزيل واحد
– تحويل السجن المؤبد إلى السجن المحدد لفائدة : 01 نزيل واحد
– العفو من الغرامة لفائدة : 01 شخص واحد
