أفاد المكتب المغربي للملكية الصناعية والتجارية بأنه تم إحداث 9741 مقاولة جديدة في متم نونبر 2024 بجهة مراكش آسفي.
أوضح المكتب، في لوحة القيادة العامة لبارومتر إحداث المقاولات، أن هذه المقاولات تتوزع بين الأشخاص المعنويين (7728) والأشخاص الذاتيين (2013).
واستحوذت مدينة مراكش على حصة الأسد ب7385 مقاولة جديدة متبوعة بآسفي (821)، والصويرة (425)، وقلعة السراغنة (425)، وبنجرير (341)، وامنتانوت (1889)، واليوسفية (158).
وأشار المصدر ذاته إلى أن التوزيع القطاعي للمقاولات المحدثة كشف عن تصدر قطاع التجارة ب27,3 في المائة، متبوعا بالبناء والأشغال العمومية والأنشطة العقارية (23,20 في المائة)، والخدمات المتنوعة (21,02 في المائة)، والفنادق والمطاعم (9,26 في المائة)، والنقل (6,65 في المائة)، والصناعات (5,72 في المائة)، وقطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (2,83 في المائة)، والأنشطة المالية (2,49 في المائة)، والفلاحة والصيد (1,39 في المائة).
ووفق الشكل القانوني، فإن 63,8 في المائة من المقاولات المحدثة هي شركات ذات مسؤولية محدودة بشريك وحيد، متبوعة بالشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة (35,6 في المائة)، ثم الشركات المجهولة الاسم (0,3 في المائة) وباقي الأشكال (0,2 في المائة لكل واحدة).
وعلى المستوى الوطني، بلغ عدد المقاولات المحدثة 86 ألفا و493 مقاولة عند متم شهر نونبر 2024، تتوزع بين الأشخاص الاعتباريين (61.819) والأشخاص الذاتيين (24.674).
وحسب الجهات، كشف البارومتر عن هيمنة جهة الدار البيضاء-سطات بما مجموعه 27.070 مقاولة محدثة عند نهاية نونبر الماضي، متقدمة على جهة طنجة-تطوان-الحسيمة (12.627)، والرباط-سلا-القنيطرة (10.007)، ومراكش-آسفي (9.741)، وفاس-مكناس (5.994)، وسوس-ماسة (5.894)، والجهة الشرقية (5.131)، والعيون-الساقية الحمراء (3.478)، وبني ملال-خنيفرة (2.445)، ودرعة-تافيلالت (1.970)، والداخلة-واد الذهب (1.434)، ثم كلميم-واد نون (702).
